As lead attorney, Kevin Stocker oversees every case the firm handles. 

Mr. Stocker graduated from Kenmore East High School, received a BA in Business Administration/Pre-Law at Michigan State University, and earned his juris doctor with honors from SUNY Buffalo Law School.

Kevin Stocker has been an attorney in Western New York for over 25 years, and was previously the Town Prosecutor for Kenmore and Tonawanda, during which he was named Western New York’s “Prosecutor of the Year” in 2003. He brings his years of expertise fighting for the people of Tonawanda to every case he handles.
